We offer two pre-financial close services and one post-financial close service.

Project Development

We provide early project development services such as project design, feasibility study, engineering design, licence and permits processing.

Finance Arranging

We assess finanacial viability of projects, develop financial models; shop for capital, grants, loans and equity, provide financial advice and negotiate PPAs .

Facilty Management

Upon commencement of operations, TSIL provides O&M services using locally trained talent in accordance with international best practices.

Off-Grid PV Facilities

We build reliable 24-hour power supply using the Sun's energy, that way the client focusses on their business and leave the energy hassle to us. We do small scale mini grids as well as larger scale off grids and hybrids.

PV Manufacturing

Due to high cost of PV modules imports and long turn-around periods for developers and wholesalers, we have the capacity to set up PV manufacturing outfits of international standards.

AD Plants

We have expertise for the design and construction of anaerobic digestion plants that convert waste into energy and manure. Three for the price of one - energy generation, clean environment and agricultural development.

Engineered Landfills

We have the capacity for the construction and management of engineered landfills with energy recovery as a temporary replacement to open dumpsite reducing environmental impact.

Today a meeting was held between Jaiz Bank MD and his team together with Mr Terje Osmundsend (Founder/ CEO of Empower New Energy As) our partners and Investors in the Solar hybrid power plant of KEC. The meeting was facilitated by TSIL.
